Amanda Saccaro, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Busy Life Wellness, a personalized wellness practice focused on helping individuals uncover the root causes behind their symptoms and restore balance in their health.

Amanda brings a diverse clinical background to her practice. She has experience working in both primary care and inpatient oncology, where she cared for patients navigating complex medical conditions and intensive treatments. Her time in oncology deepened her appreciation for the importance of whole-person care, prevention, and addressing the underlying contributors to chronic illness rather than simply managing symptoms.

Through these experiences, Amanda saw firsthand how many people struggle with persistent symptoms like fatigue, hormone imbalance, metabolic dysfunction, and inflammation without receiving clear answers or a personalized plan. This realization ultimately led her to create Busy Life Wellness — a practice designed to provide more time, deeper investigation through comprehensive lab analysis, and individualized treatment strategies.

Amanda’s approach blends evidence-based medicine with principles of integrative and functional health. She works closely with patients to identify root causes, optimize hormone and metabolic health, support nutrition and lifestyle changes, and incorporate targeted supplementation when appropriate. Her goal is to help patients regain energy, mental clarity, metabolic balance, and long-term wellness in a way that fits their real lives.

Amanda has a special interest in hormone health, metabolic health, insulin resistance, and helping busy professionals and parents feel like themselves again. She believes healthcare should feel collaborative, supportive, and empowering — not rushed or confusing.

Outside of her work with patients, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon, their son Asher, and her two stepdaughters. Family life is at the center of everything she does, and she understands firsthand the challenges of balancing career, parenting, and personal wellness. She enjoys staying active through barre and weight training, spending time outdoors, and continuing to expand her training in integrative medicine so she can better serve her patients and community.
